Room Theory now offers delivery coordination for smaller furniture rental orders, making it easier to get your selected pieces from our inventory to your staging project.

How It Works

Room Theory works with an independent third-party mover to coordinate smaller deliveries and pickups for our clients.

Simply submit your delivery request with the property address, preferred dates and times, and the items requiring transportation. We'll obtain a quote based on the specific requirements of your move and coordinate the arrangements for you.

Each delivery and pickup is quoted separately.

Planning Your Delivery

We recommend submitting your request at least one week in advance whenever possible.

Short-notice requests of approximately 2–3 days may sometimes be accommodated depending on mover availability. Please allow additional notice toward the end of the month, when moving schedules tend to be busiest.

For larger moves or full-home staging projects, alternative moving arrangements may be required.

Pricing

Moving costs are based on the quote provided for your specific delivery and pickup requirements.

Payment is required in advance before moving arrangements are finalized.
